FROM CALL TO RECORD

Useful automation includes
the steps after the conversation.

01

Capture the inquiry

A Retell web call collects the customer’s problem, contact details and preferred visit time.

02

Review the details

AI extracts a structured summary. Missing details remain visible, and a person confirms corrections.

03

Create the records

The workflow creates a Jobber client and service request, saving the IDs and processing history.

04

Verify delivery

Read the records back from Jobber to check names, address, request content and the client relationship.

SEE THE IMPLEMENTATION

A real integration.
A recorded case walkthrough.

This captioned overview uses a completed test case. It is not a live phone call recording. The voice entry was tested through Retell’s browser-based call tool.

WHEN THE HAPPY PATH BREAKS

Keep the request. Know what happened.

Missing caller details

Incomplete inquiries stay in review. The AI leaves unknown fields empty instead of inventing them.

Duplicate notifications

Repeated notifications for the same call reuse the intake record rather than importing another inquiry.

Failed or uncertain writes

Retry supported failures on the same workflow. Uncertain write outcomes require reconciliation before retrying.

Before you try it

Can I make a call or create a Jobber record from this website?

No. This public site shows the implementation and a completed test case. A live demonstration runs in a separate, private environment.

Does it automatically book appointments?

No. It collects a preferred time and creates a service request. Availability checks, confirmed bookings and SMS are not part of the implemented flow.

Is this an official Jobber or Retell product?

No. This is an independent integration demonstration. Product names identify the services used.
